Our Controls Projects
Automation Cell Control Cabinet
This control cabinet was built for an auto-rivnut installation cell. This control cabinet allows the Fanuc cobot, Keyence vision, custom part alignment system, and conveyors to work in unison to achieve the needed automation.
Redone Control Box with Added Capabilities
As part of a customer machine upgrade project, we remade the control panel and added controls that allow for newly added semi-automation and safety sensors.
Cartesian Robot Automation Cell Control Panel
We built this custom control panel for a Cartesian robot automation cell. It integrates robot control, safety systems, and communication with other devices via Ethernet, EtherCAT, and more.
Custom Control Box for Production
For this project, we built a custom control box for a customer's production facility. The controls include an Omron Automation NX1P2 PLC and NXR IO-Link Masters, and Banner Engineering Q90R2 IO-Link sensors and Q90PLKQ IO-Link lights. We installed IODD files and programmed the PLC using Omron Sysmac Studio.
